Membership Terms

Membership is per vehicle for an indefinite duration and for personal use only; taxis, limos, and other professional vehicles are prohibited. Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or ride through the tunnel. Unlimited plans are valid at any participating Flagship locations, once per day that Flagship facilities are open. Flagship Carwash locations may be closed occasionally due to maintenance service or inclement weather. No refunds or credits will be given for partial months. The Unlimited Wash Plans are month-to-month, there are no long-term commitments and no hidden cancellation charges. This program cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Membership fees will be automatically billed to your credit card on the day corresponding to the commencement date for the agreed plan. Membership automatically renews monthly unless canceled by the customer at least 7 days prior to the billing date. By signing up for Flagship’s Unlimited Plans, you also agree to receive automated text messages and email alerts. Consent not required for purchase. The number of marketing communications (whether via email or text) may vary per month. You may unsubscribe from email at any time by hitting the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our emails. Discounted Introductory Period

If a discounted, introductory or promotional offer period is available under the membership plan purchased it will be specified at the time of purchase. The availability, duration, and any other terms for the introductory or promotional offer period may vary as determined by us at our sole discretion. At the expiration of any discounted introductory or promotional offer period, we will charge the then-current regular price for your chosen membership plan on your next billing cycle to your payment method and your membership will automatically renew at such then-current regular price unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the discounted introductory or promotional offer period. If we determine that you are not eligible for the introductory or promotional discount, we reserve the right to revoke your discounted introductory or period and charge you the then-current regular price for the plan you selected and/or put your membership plan on hold or inactive status.

- What is the Unlimited Wash Club?
- The Unlimited Wash Club is a membership service that allows members to wash their vehicle every day (weather permitting) for one low monthly charge.
- How often can I wash my vehicle with an unlimited membership?
- You can wash your vehicle once per day that Flagship facilities are open.
- How much does it cost to join?

- Will my credit/debit card be charged monthly?
- Yes. Your card will be auto-charged monthly.
- Can I use my membership for multiple vehicles?
- No. Membership plans are activated for each vehicle and must be enrolled individually. Upon enrollment, each vehicle will receive a unique membership identification barcode.
- What if I sell my car?
- You can transfer your Unlimited Wash Plan to another vehicle by stopping by any Flagship Carwash location. An attendant will deactivate the old barcode and provide a new barcode sticker to adhere to your vehicle.
- How do I cancel or change my membership?
- Click MANAGE MY PLAN to change or cancel an unlimited membership. Or, CLICK HERE to submit a cancellation request form.
  IMPORTANT: Membership plans must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to your plan’s next recharge date to avoid further charges. No full or partial month(s) refunds will be issued for membership cancellations. You may continue to use your cancelled membership until the last day of your billing cycle.
